I'm sure the first thing everybody noticed, which is quite obvious, is that Heidi has gotten a boob job. She went from what looks like a A to a C. In the other picture below you can see that she has had a nose job, and collagen injections.
Heidi plans to show off her new look by posing for playboy some time in the near future, and she might possibly pose nude.
